Our Impact
At Seed Community Relief, we are committed to combating modern slavery and its associated risks through survivor-led, community-driven initiatives. Below are some of the impactful projects we have successfully implemented:
- Edu-Support Exchange Program (ESP)
This project was designed to bridge the education gap by addressing critical barriers such as financial constraints, lack of scholastic materials and limited access to quality education among vulnerable school-going children across Western, Eastern, and Central Uganda. This project seeks sponsors worldwide who can provide either regular or one-time support of contributions not limited to partial school fees, textbooks, exercise books, school uniforms, school bags, school shoes, sanitary pads, toiletries, mathematical sets, fees for educational trips, educational laptops/tablets or fees for internet access to aid research. Non-financial support such as mentorship, career guidance, counseling and peer-to-peer learning is equally vital to help these children overcome their challenges and achieve their educational aspirations.
Key achievements include:
- Supported more than 235 survivors of Traditional Forced Marriage to return to school.
- Matched at-risk children with sponsors to access quality education.
- Addressed educational inequity as a root cause of modern slavery.
- PsychoTech Lab (PTL)
We have launched an innovative digital platform providing secure, confidential and immediate psychosocial support to at-risk individuals, victims, and survivors of modern slavery. PTL offers:
- Secure text-based counseling and mentorship.
- Early intervention and rehabilitation services.
- Survivor-led community engagement to foster resilience and advocacy.

- Provides confidential reporting, psychosocial support, and legal assistance.
- Collaborates with local authorities to ensure swift action against perpetrators.
